(Website Name) is dedicated to giving its customers a just and open refund procedure. Please note that refunds are contingent upon the following:
Cancellation Policy: No cancellations are accepted after a transaction has been confirmed. But in some cases, (Website Name) retains the authority to let a user cancel a transaction and get their money back.
Request for Cancellation: The user has 48 hours after making the payment to send (Website Name) an email requesting to cancel the transaction and receive a refund. (Website Name) will not be responsible for any refunds beyond this 48-hour period.
Discretionary Refund: (Website Name) may, in its sole discretion, reimburse the user for the amount paid, less any applicable taxes and cancellation costs.
Transaction Completion: Please notify us by sending an email to (E-Mail ID) from your registered email address if you charge your card or bank account for a transaction on the (Website Name) platform and the money is not credited to your (Website Name) wallet within 48 hours of the transaction being completed. If money was deposited to your credit card or bank account instead of being credited to your (Website Name) wallet, we will promptly issue a refund after receiving your email, usually within 5 to 7 days.

date, the transaction ID, and the mobile phone linked to your account.
